This cemetery is located on Salem Church Road, east of Charlestown and North of State Road 62, near the intersection with Old Highway 62, in Grant 122. Salem Methodist Church is located at this site.
The old sections are on each side of Salem United Methodis Church while the newer section (early 1900s) is located across the road. The cemetery has many broken stones and many, many field stones and unmarked graves.
