This cemetery is located off Cole Road near Bethlehem-New Washington Road, 2½ miles west of New Washington (Walker School House Road).
Below are photographs graciously provided on January 21, 2000 by Mrs. Elizabeth Graves, who reports that there are eight stones in this cemetery: 5 monuments and 3 field stones with carvings on two of them and the last having no visible markings. The comments below in quotation marks are from Elizabeth Graves.
The site is obviously well maintained and is on property owned by Raymond and Elizabeth Graves.

Baker <nbaker@dmrtc.net> and her husband visited Izzard Cemetery
in February of 1998 and report that it is, as evidenced by these photographs,
in excellent condition and well-tended by Mr. and Mrs. Graves. They also
report the following stones found there.
