Some of the records on Lois Mauk's Clark County Cemeteries pages were supplemented by information found in the Hoosier Journal of Ancestry (no known website) in its "Clark County Cemeteries" publication, a companion publication of the "Clark County Special".
The 139-page "Clark County Cemeteries" book was published by the Hoosier Journal of Ancestry. This listing of 26 cemeteries in Clark County includes maps of the County and each township, directions to the various sites and row and grave numbers for the burials listed. Each surname was carefully indexed which allowed easy searching throughout the collected indexes.
However, the book "Clark County Cemeteries" is no longer available as a separate volume. Further, it is out of stock until January 1, 2001. After that date, this canvas of 26 Clark County cemeteries will be available in combination with a related book entitled "Clark Co. Special #1". (See explanation below.)
