DIED-At his residence in Clay township, on Tuesday, April 1st, 1873, of Typhoid fever, Mr. David R. Trotter, aged 71 years.

He was buried on Wednesday, April 2nd, at the Sheron Church. The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Albert Carter. Mr. Trotter was one of the early settlers of this Township, he moved here from the State of Ohio, in the year 1828, and was a good neighbor and a very strict and religious member of the Baptist Church, and was one of the founders of Sheron Church, where he was buried.
