James Spencer is dangerously ill at his home near the Cerealine mill. He is sixty-six years old and was a member of Company A, 123rd Indiana Volunteer Infantry.

James Spencer.

James Spencer died at his home on Brown street last night at the ago of seventy-six years. The funeral was held from the residence this afternoon at 2 o'clock, conduceted by Rev. G. D. Wolfe. Burial in City cemetery.
