The Columbus Republican Columbus, Indiana Thursday, March 28, 1901 Page 7 Mrs. John Shafstall Thursday afternoon at her home in Waymansville, occurred the death of Mrs. John Shafstall. Her death was very sudden and unexpected. During the afternoon she had been doing her regular duties about the house when she was taken suddenly ill, living only a short while. She was the widow of the late John Shafstall who fell from a wagon last summer breaking his neck, which accident caused his death. Funeral services Sunday afternoon at the Waymansville church, services conducted by Rev. Marquett.
