The Republic Columbus, Indiana January 3, 1903 Saturday Page 4 MRS. MARY M'QUEEN DEAD Dies After Several Years of Suffering From Rheumatism. At 3:30 o'clock Friday afternoon Mrs. Mary McQueen, wife of Justice J. D. McQueen, of Clifford, died suddenly of heart failure. She was about sixty years old. For the last seven years she had been in poor health, occasioned by rheumatism, which ultimately afflicted her heart. She was one of the best known women in the county, being a long time resident. Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Lessie Fields, of Indianapolis; step daughter, Mrs. Eunice Newton, of Indianapolis; and step son, Oscar McQueen. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at the Clifford Methodist church, by Rev. H. H. Sheldon, and interment will be made at Flatrock.
