The Republic Columbus, Indiana Monday, November 28, 1904 Page 8 Miss Grace Dawson. Miss Grace Dawson, the nineteen years old daughter of Rev. M. F. Dawson, presiding elder of the United Brethren church for this district, died of consumption at her home in Pendelton Saturday evening. The funeral service will be held in Pendleton Tuesday, conducted by Rev. J. T. Roberts, after which the remains will be taken to Hartsville. There will be short services at the United Brethren church there Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Roberts and burial will be in the old College cemetery. Miss Dawson was a niece of Dr. M. N. Elrod, of this city, and had many young friends in Hartsville. Dawson, died at Pendelton Saturday, Nov. 26, at 5 o'clock p.m. The remains were brought to Hartsville Tuesday evening and taken to the home of Wm. T. Rominger. The funeral was held Wednesday at 10:30 o'clock at the U. B. church. Burial in the College cemetery.
