The Allen County Genealogical Society of Indiana created the Homesteaders of Allen County, Indiana in 2001 for people who are descendants of Allen County residents who settled in the county between January 1, 1851 and December 31, 1875. Applications and documented proof have been microfilmed and are available at the Allen County Public Library. This is an index to the Homesteader ancestors.
