The Allen County Genealogical Society has a name only index to all county cemeteries through the 1980's publishing date. You may want to check the Allen County Lookup page for a volunteer willing to do lookups from the cemetery books, which are published and for sale by the Allen County Genealogical Society of Indiana.
The Mary Penrose Wayne Chapter NSDAR, National Society Daughter's of the American Revolution as part of their Allen County Indiana Cemetery Project also have an Aboite Township Cemeteries web site some with transcribed names and photographs.

David Archer Cemetery in Johnny Appleseed Park

Google map puts Johnny Appleseed Park on the north side of 1700 E. Coliseum Blvd. but it is actually south and east of the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum with the cemetery at the green arrow located in the 31 acre Johnny Appleseed Park. The cemetery is on the hill near the east side of Parnell Avenue, north of Harry Baals Drive and just south of the Allen County Memorial Coliseum parking lots. This early settler cemetery includes the John Chapman "Johnny Appleseed", burial site. NSDAR has the 1932 transcription of tombstone names and photos. Find-A-Grave also has his story. IN DNR Latitude 41.1117 Longitude 85.1233.
Johnny Appleseed Campground is part of the 31 acre park which is between the Coliseum parking lots, Parnell Avenue and the St. Joseph River. A brand new 2009 Holiday Inn is north across Coliseum Blvd. HikerCentral's facts and map are off a bit, but does gives a nice review of the camp ground.
Johnny Appleseed is honored in the 27 page 1952 ACPL booklet Johnny Appleseed, Orchardist which among other things mentions his estate papers in the Allen County Courthouse showing he owned 17,000 trees and several tracts of land. The Johnny Appleseed Festival is held every September since 1974 at his park and celebrated by the Fort Wayne Midwest League Affiliate of the San Diego Padres baseball team the TinCaps. A 2003 News-Sentinel newspaper article discusses his grave site and there is this 1871 Harper's Magazine story. Many web sites discuss Johnny Appleseed: Wikipedia is detailed, Google has 30+ videos, YouTube has videos, The Straight Dope, American Storyteller mp3, and a film about a modern day Johnny Appleseed.
