Monroeville is the main town in rural Monroe Township.
The Allen County Genealogical Society has a name only index to all county cemeteries through the 1980's publishing date. The Mary Penrose Wayne Chapter NSDAR, National Society Daughter's of the American Revolution as part of their Allen County Indiana Cemetery Project also have an Aboite Township Cemeteries web site some with transcribed names and photographs.

Located near 15045 Whittern Road, ΒΌ mile north of the Barkley Road. Earliest date 1849. Not in use. Also known as the Brown Family Cemetery. See Adam J. Barrone's Brown Family Cemetery web page with names, maps, and tombstone photos. NSDAR has the 1932 transcription of tombstone names. Find-A-Grave has 83 internments thanks to someone named Tombstoner who has been busy photographing lots of tombstones in cemeteries around the country. IN DNR Latitude 40.9248 Longitude 84.88 are incorrect as they put the cemetery near S. County Line Road. Google Latitude 40.939614 Longitude -84.879856.
Flat Rock Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery

Located on the west side near 15185 Morgan Road, between Hoagland and Rider Roads. Church was formerly in the Massillon Evangelical Lutheran Synod. The church book can be found at St. Mark Lutheran Church, Monroeville, IN. Earliest date June 3, 1833. Well maintained. Not in use. NSDAR has 1932 transcription of tombstone names. Located on the south edge of Monroeville, near 13250 State Road 101, near the intersection of the Flat Rock Road. Incorporated September 29, 1887. Earliest date 1860. Well maintained. Still in use, with new sections being developed. Also known as Odd Fellow Cemetery. NSDAR has 1932 transcription of tombstone names. Google map has Street Level View photos along SR 101.
