Monroeville straddles over the eastern line from Monroe Township into rural Madison Township as the main town.

The Allen County Genealogical Society has a name only index to all county cemeteries through the 1980's publishing date. You may want to check the Allen County Lookup page for a volunteer willing to do lookups from the cemetery books, which are published and for sale by the Allen County Genealogical Society of Indiana.

The Mary Penrose Wayne Chapter NSDAR, National Society Daughter's of the American Revolution as part of their Allen County Indiana Cemetery Project also have an Aboite Township Cemeteries web site some with transcribed names and photographs.

Located on the southwest corner of Hoffman and Grotrian Roads. Earliest date January 26, 1882. No longer used, except in rare cases, but is well maintained. NSDAR has transcription of tombstone names and photos. Find-A-Grave has 105 internments. IN DNR Latitude 40.9925 Longitude 84.9214.

Massillon Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery

Located near 17400 Barkley Road, between Massillon and Clayton Roads. Earliest date January 13, 1856. Is maintained. Some of the markers are flat on the ground, some are missing, and many are difficult to read. No recent burials. The congregation disbanded in 1925 with members going to Marquardt, Saint Mark, Saint John and elsewhere. NSDAR has transcription of tombstone names and photos. Find-A-Grave has 112 internments. Saint John's Lutheran Flat Rock Cemetery

Located near 12700 Franke Road, between Flatrock and Figel Roads. Earliest date 1852. Well maintained and in use. Also known as Fry German Lutheran Cemetery and German Lutheran Cemetery. Find-A-Grave has 23 internments. IN DNR Latitude 40.9683 Longitude 84.9708.
